Scope

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on www.control4.com.tr, operated by ASAY VAD Otomasyon Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("aSAY VAD"), why they are used and how you can manage your preferences. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser. They keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. Some are set by this site directly (first party); others are set by services of other organisations used on the site (third party).

Cookies we use

We use three categories:

• Essential cookies: required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. No consent needed.
• Analytics cookies: let us measure, with Google Analytics, which pages are visited and how often. Used only with your consent.
• Advertising and marketing cookies: let us measure advertising conversions and enable interest-based advertising through Google Ads. Used only with your consent.

Cookies of categories you have not consented to are not placed in your browser, and the corresponding Google services are not loaded on the site.

Names and durations of Google cookies may be changed by Google; this table is reviewed at every update of this policy.

Transfers abroad

Analytics and advertising cookies belong to services provided by Google LLC (USA). Data collected through them — IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and ad click identifiers — is processed on Google's servers outside Turkey. Your consent to the analytics and/or advertising category also constitutes your explicit consent to this transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the KVKK. Managing your preferences

• On your first visit, the panel lets you choose "Accept all", "Essential only" or "Settings" for a category-by-category choice.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the cookies of that category placed through our site are deleted from your browser; cookies set by Google on its own domains (google.com, doubleclick.net) can be deleted in your browser settings.
• Your choice is stored for 12 months in the c4_cerez cookie. When this policy changes, you will be asked again.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and you have not saved a choice before, only essential cookies are used; you can change this via "Cookie preferences".
• You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect some site functions.

Record of consent

To be able to demonstrate your consent under the KVKK, we record your choice, the date and time, the policy version and a keyed hash (HMAC) of your truncated IP address (last part removed); the IP address itself is not stored. These records are kept for a maximum of 2 years.

Third-party content: maps

Google Maps on our contact page does not load until you press "Show map". Once loaded, Google may process your IP address and set its own cookies.

Changes

This policy is updated as the services on the site or the legislation change. The current version and date appear at the top of this page.
